Command / Control Devices

Memshield 2 command devices allow increased flexibility for both distribution board and OEM applications. SPN distribution boards can accommodate command devices by using a busbar block kit. Command devices can be accommodated in modular enclosures.
In addition all devices are suitable for installation on 'tophat' symmetrical DIN-rail.

Bell Transformers

Devices can accommodate from 4-12V secondary from a 240V AC primary supply. The AA2BT is not suitable for isolation duty.

Time Switches

Devices are available as analogue (dial) type or digital (LCD) types. Quartz stabilised devices have a running reserve time of 150Hr and a recharge time of 70Hr. Digital time switches have a running reserve of 150Hr, and a full recharge time of 140Hr. All time switches have 1 C/O contact per channel and are suitable for switching 16A resistive, 2.5A inductive loads at 240V 50Hz. For higher rated loads time switches should be used in conjunction with Eaton MEM Autoline heating & lighting contactors.

Contactors

Memshield 2 modular contactors are available from 16A to 63A, and from SP to FP. Devices are suitable for AC1 (general heating & lighting loads) applications. All devices have N/O contacts. Note; when several contactors are mounted it is advisable to fit a blanking module, List No. MBP, every 2 contactors.

Impulse Relays

Time Delay Relays

Memshield 2 modular time delay relays (staircase switches) are suitable for delay 'OFF' applications from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. For use on loads above 16A AC1 devices should be used in conjunction with a suitable Eaton MEM contactor.

Switch-Disconnectors

Memshield 2 18mm modular switch-disconnectors have a similar profile to Memshield 2 MCBs and conform to the requirements of BS EN 60947-3, 100A 240/415V AC22B. Positive contact indication is also provided. Terminals are box type allowing cable capacity up to 50mm². SPSN switch-disconnectors have neutral contacts which make first and break last.

For use in modular enclosures or on symetrical DIN-rail. Also for use as distribution board incoming devices, except List No. MS1001.

Terminal Blocks

Memshield 2 18mm modular terminal blocks are suitable for a wide variety of uses. They can be used in outgoing circuits in place of a Memshield 2 MCB or RCBO to tap off to other devices or boards. Terminals are box type allowing cable capacity up to 50mm². Suitable for use in modular enclosures, symetrical DIN-rail or in type A and B distribution boards.
