Eaton MEM have introduced a NEW easy to use pipe earth clamp to suit a variety of pipe diameters. This completely new type of earth clamp offers significant advantages over traditional metal models, drastically reducing installation times, thanks to it’s simple design and also providing a superior earth connection and easier cross-bonding. |
| Manufactured in heat and UV stabilised nylon 6.6 embodying excellent mechanical properties, chemical, heat resistance and self extinguishing characteristics. |

1. Strip at least 40mm of cable (conductor). Insert cable through both holes in the clamp. Bend over at exit to act as retention during installation using pliers. |

2. Install the clamp around the pipe to be earth bonded and using finger pressure only squeeze the serrated jaws to engage at least one tooth. Check that the cable is properly positioned. |

3. Using gland pliers tighten clamp firmly on the pipe engaging the security locks that ensure it’s permanent grip. Check that the clamp is firmly installed and test the connection for compliance to I.E.E. Regulations. |
